2. Requirements, levels and categories of introduced talents

(1) Talents at the first and second levels

He has high academic attainments, high academic influence and academic reputation in the discipline field, and has made important landmark innovation achievements in scientific research. In principle, the age should not exceed 55 years old.

(2) Third-level talents

He has excellent academic achievements and certain academic influence in this discipline, and has made outstanding academic achievements in scientific research, and has good potential for development. In principle, the age should not exceed 50 years old.

(3) Fourth-level talents

Excellent young and middle-aged backbone teachers who have high academic level, strong scientific research ability and good development potential at home and abroad, and have made outstanding achievements in this discipline, are generally under the age of 45.

(4) The fifth-level talents

Young doctor, postdoctoral fellow. For those who are generally under the age of 40, with outstanding performance and belong to the urgent need of disciplines and majors, the age can be appropriately relaxed, but generally not under 50 years old.

1. Doctor Class A: profound academic foundation, active academic thinking, innovative spirit, strong development potential; strong scientific research foundation and development potential, and achieved excellent academic achievements; or comparable talents and excellent doctors urgently needed in advantageous and characteristic disciplines.

2. Doctor B: good research foundation and development potential, and excellent academic achievements; or urgent talents and excellent doctors in key disciplines.

3. Doctor of Class C: competent for the teaching tasks of core courses, with strong practical ability and innovation ability; or with an equivalent level.

（1） High level talents:

Annual salary is 300000 to 1 million yuan; Talent allowance is 50000 to 120000 yuan; The research start-up fund is 200000 to 800000 yuan, and the specific benefits are negotiable.

（2）Outstanding Young Doctor:

Annual salary is 130000-250000 yuan; Talent allowance is 20000 to 60000 yuan; The research start-up fund is 80000 to 200000 yuan, and the specific benefits are negotiable.
