      本次海外直通赛是2024年“赢在苏州·创赢未来”国际创客大赛全球化赛事体系活动之一,直通赛与“科创吴中”全球科技人才创业大赛联动,紧扣苏州产业布局和和项目招引需求,坚持“聚焦、务实、开放、创新”导向,着力为全球创客搭建了解苏州的窗口和落地苏州的舞台。

      本届大赛由中共苏州市委人才工作领导小组办公室、苏州市人力资源和社会保障局主办,吴中区海外直通赛由苏州市吴中区人力资源和社会保障局、苏州市吴中区科技招商中心、苏州(美国)国际创客育成中心承办。

      二、时间地点

      时间:2024年5月下旬(具体时间另行通知)

      地点:苏州市吴中区东吴北路28号国裕创新大厦(暂定)

      三、参赛条件

      (一)参赛人才(团队)

      1. 申报人年龄在55周岁以下(1969年1月1日以后出生,条件特别优秀者可适当放宽年龄限制),取得硕士及以上学历学位,掌握关键核心技术,核心创业团队结构合理,具有3年以上相关研发、管理工作经历或自主创业经历,并取得较突出业绩。

      2.参赛项目为拟落户吴中区创业人才(团队),报名时需为尚未在苏州市注册成立企业,且拟落户地已和该项目进行有效对接,确认项目有较强烈落地意向,赛后一年内有意在吴中区落户创新创业。

      3.申报人应为主要创办人和主要股东,未来在吴中注册的企业,人才本人股权一般不低于20%或为自然人第一大股东,且已到位的现金出资(实收资本,不含技术入股)不少于100万元。通过持股公司出资的,除上述条件外,持股公司在申报企业的现金出资不少于200万元。

      4.申报人原则上为苏州市外人才,且未在苏州市范围内获得科技人才计划项目支持。

      5.参赛项目应拥有关键核心技术和自主知识产权,创新性强,项目产品市场前景好,具有良好的潜在经济效益和社会效益。

      6.参赛项目及个人(团队)应符合国家法律法规和国家产业政策,社会信誉良好,无不良信用和违法纪录,不侵犯任何第三方知识产权。

      7.确定决赛参赛项目名单后,由主办方报大赛组委会办公室备案。同一项目不得重复参与赛区决赛。

      (二)参赛项目产业领域

      聚焦苏州市制造业“1030”产业体系,参赛项目应属于新能源、新一代信息技术、生物医药及大健康、高端装备、新兴数字产业、新能源汽车、软件与信息服务、新材料、高端纺织、轻工业等产业集群。

      四、奖项设置及奖励政策

      获奖项目享受苏州市和吴中区双料政策加持:

      (一)入围全球总决赛的候选项目,市级领军人才直通车机会

      (1)本直通赛设一等奖1名、二等奖2名,三等奖3名;一等奖项目直接进入姑苏领军人才计划面试环节;二、三等奖项目可适当突破学历、来苏时间等限制,申报姑苏领军人才计划。

      (2)获奖项目直接入围2024年“赢在苏州·创赢未来”国际创客大赛全球总决赛候选项目

      总决赛设置两个分组,其中初创组为未在中国内地设立公司的初创型项目,成长组为已在苏州大市范围外注册成立公司,有意在苏落户发展的项目。每组各设一等奖1名,奖励12万元人民币/;二等奖2名,奖励5万元人民币/;三等奖3名,奖励2万元人民币/;优胜奖4名,奖励1万元人民币/人。符合申报姑苏领军人才计划基础条件的,一等奖获得者及获得市场化基金投资1000万元以上(以实际到账为准)的二、三等奖获得者,可直接认定为姑苏创新创业领军人才;其他二、三等奖获得者可直接进入姑苏领军人才计划面试答辩环节。获奖项目将被优先推荐给大赛合作(相关)创投机构,并优先给予苏州市“留创贷”授信支持。

      全球总决赛期间,参赛嘉宾将按照苏州国际精英创业周嘉宾待遇享受差额交通补贴和在苏期间免费食宿行。

      (二)东吴领军人才计划培育库机会,享受项目落地启动支持

      大赛遴选优秀项目推荐纳入东吴科技领军人才计划培育库,有效培育期一年。一年内落户吴中且实质运营并符合“4有”条件(创业类有执照、有实缴、有社保、有场地设备),可申请“培育库”立项(具体受理批次以吴中区各项目落地板块通知为准),经审核通过后给予30万元项目启动资金。参赛项目落地后,如符合相应批次东吴科技领军人才申报条件,可申报该批次集中评审,评审通过后可立项为东吴科技领军人才,并按照现行政策享受人才政策支持。

      “Win the Future” 2024 Venture Contest

      Suzhou, located in the southeastern part of Jiangsu Province, China, is one of the important central cities in the Yangtze River Delta. Suzhou is famous for its long history and culture. It has a history of more than 2,500 years starting from the Spring and Autumn Period (500 B.C.). However, Suzhou has been not only famous for its unique history but also for its rich produce of fish, rice, and silk. All of these entitled it the reputation for “paradise.” More importantly, Suzhou is one of the most competitive cities which ranks #1 for its industrial GDP (surpassed that of Shanghai) in China.

      The “Win the Future” Venture Contest for International Entrepreneurs is organized by the Suzhou International Elite Venture Week Alliance. It aims to create a high-level innovation and entrepreneurship platform for overseas high-level entrepreneurs. It has attracted a large number of overseas high-level entrepreneurs and excellent projects to visit Suzhou for further cooperation.

      2023 “Win the Future” series Venture Contests for International Entrepreneurs are scheduled to be held from March to July 2022 in Suzhou, China and participated virtually worldwide.

      About the Overseas Lead-up Contest

      The event will be jointly hosted by EcoKMC Global Accelerator and Wuzhong government.

      This year, “Win the Future” Venture Contest will be held on site in Suzhou. Participants could be from various industries, including information technology, biomedicine, nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, new materials, new energy, biotechnology, equipment manufacturing, integrated circuits and software, smart grid, service outsourcing, modern communications, and environmental protection etc.

      The competition includes two stages: overseas lead-up contest and global final competition. The winners of each overseas lead-up contests will enter the 2023 “Win the Future” Venture Contest for International Entrepreneurs final competition.

      Prize

      Officially invited guests will enjoy accommodation and transportation subsidies when travel to Suzhou for onsite participation. Entrepreneurs can also enjoy various resource support, entrepreneurial incentives and financial rewards.

      Regional competition:

      First prize: CNY 30,000 per winner– awarded to 1st place winner
      Second prize: CNY 20,000 per winner – awarded to 2nd place and 3rd place winners

      Third prize: CNY 10,000 per winner – awarded to 4th, 5th, 6th place winners

      All prize winners will have chance to be selected into the pool of final competition.

      Final competition:

      First prize: CNY 100,000 per winner – awarded to 1st place winner
      Second prize: CNY 50,000 per winner – awarded to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place winners

      Third prize: CNY 20,000 per winner – awarded to 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th place winners
      Fourth prize: CNY 10,000 per winner – awarded to 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th place winners

      The winners of final competition will be invited to attend Suzhou’s annual Venture Week for International Elites. Winners will have chance to visit Suzhou world culture heritage sites and learn more about local history and entrepreneurial environment.
